Returns policy

Due to the nature of customised wigs, we do not accept returns. 

 

Returns :

Returns are only permitted with our prior approval, and eligibility will be assessed on a case by case basis, depending on the reason and circumstances of the return

To be eligible for a return, the wig must be:

  • Unworn
  • Free from makeup, tint, or product
  • Returned in its original packaging with the tag attached

1. Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return.

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp within 72 hours of receiving your Wig. Messages received after 72 hours will not be considered. Please include photos of the Wig for our reference .We will reply with return instructions once we confirm that your request is consistent with our policies.

Flohairs wigs will be reviewed upon receipt, and if they meet all of the above conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
