How do I measure my head? 
We offer a range of cap sizes, which typically fits 95% of women with a head circumference between 21-23”.

Understanding Wig Cap Sizing

Don't worry too much about getting an exact cap size match. While I typically wear a 22-inch circumference, I've successfully worn 23-inch wigs using a glueless application. Here's why this works:

The Band is Key: The elastic band is the most crucial element for a secure, glueless fit. The cap size mainly affects comfort rather than security.

Size Differences Are Minimal
To put size differences in perspective:
- One inch is roughly the size of your fingernail
- Half an inch is even smaller
- A slight measurement difference won't drastically impact your overall fit

Ready to wear

“The wig can be ready to wear straight out of the box right ?”

Wrong 

By “ready to wear” it’s not "ready" in the literal sense .
Think about ready to bake croissant
They're pre-mixed and shaped, but you still need to put them in the oven, adjust baking time for your specific oven, and maybe add your own finishing touches.

Same with wigs, a ready to wear wig gives you the foundation, but you'll still need to adjust the cap size with the band , tint the lace and style it to frame your face perfectly. The "ready" part just means the hard work of creating the basic structure is done for you - but the personalisation that makes it look natural on YOU still needs to happen.

Colour disclaimer

Please note that the colour of your unit may vary, despite every effort to provide accurate images of each unit, phones and computer screens cannot be relied upon to accurately represent colors.

Texture disclaimer

Any unit with a “bodywave” like appearance is only a temporary style.It is straight hair that is barrel curled and will not last long. you will need to curl fron time to time

Length disclaimer
When selecting your desired hair length, keep in mind that styling will affect the final appearance. Curling hair significantly impacts its length:

- Curls can reduce hair length by up to 4 inches
- For example: To achieve 26-inch curled hair, opt for straight hair that's 28-30 inches long

Shipping information

All orders placed on the website are subject to a 2-5 business day (excluding potential delays) processing window PRIOR to shipment (processing time = time used to make your unit). Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

    •    Domestic 1-2 Business Days via courier company

    •    International 5-7 Business Days via international shipping companies

When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping:

1. Changes to your order: Once your order is SHIPPED we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.

2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.

5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

At Flohairs, every customised wig is specially made to suit your individual preferences. Because of the personal nature of these products, all customised wig orders are final sale. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to ensure you love your purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

  Custom wigs are made to your selected specifications (such as length, texture, color, cap size, and styling); therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed or delivered.

Refunds

  Refunds are not available for customised wigs except in cases where we have made a production error (for example, wrong length, color, or texture that differs from your confirmed order).

Order Cancellations
